Hounslow Homes was formed in 2002 as one of the first arms length management organisations (ALMO) in the country and was tasked with managing the Council’s 16,500 homes.

In May 2005 Hounslow Homes became the first ALMO to be awarded the highest possible 'three star' status with 'excellent prospects for improvement' under new government rules following its inspection.

The Premiere Kitchen Company designed and supplied over 3,500 kitchens from 2003 to 2006.
