How can I order more Units?

Just call or email the Premiere Customer Care team, and let them know the product name, type, dimensions, and your address, and they will organise this for you.

If I’m not a Housing Association tenant, can I still order units?

Unfortunately, we would only supply to Housing Associations in this circumstance.  However, if you have a Premiere Kitchen in your home, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

How do I find a price for my units?

We will generate you a personal quote when we receive your enquiry – this can take up to five working days.  You can send a request for pricing to

How can I pay?

You can pay by Credit or Debit card (we charge an additional 2.5% for Credit Card payments) or BACS. We also accept Cheques or Postal Orders, but they will take longer to clear.

How soon after payment will I receive delivery?

Lead times will depend upon the items ordered.  We’ll let you know when you can expect delivery when we have received your payment.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

No, delivery is free of charge – our drivers will deliver the units to your ground level door, though they are not insured to move kitchens into the property.

Can I order Worktops?

Yes, we are able to supply worktops in three metre lengths and a variety of colours.  Details can be seen on the worktops page here.
